CANCELLATION/ RETURNS POLICY

At Sarva Foods, we are in association with leading delivery partners across the country. In case any of our products is unable to meet your expectations, we consider this as a regretful event and our team will make sure to make it right to you. 

• Returns will only be accepted in case there is a damage in transit or for any quality related/ manufacturing issue.
• Products must be returned in its original packaging.
• Once the product is received at our end, QC will be done and refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
• For any concerns regarding shipping, returns or refund, please get in touch with us and we will gladly assist you.
