Bombay Pav Bhaji Masala - Chowpatty style
Serves: 4 – 5 people
Recipe Instructions:
- Boil 4 potatoes and vegetables (2 cups); peas, carrot, cauliflower and mash them well.
- Heat oil in a large pan, add chopped onion (1), chopped capsicum (1) and garlic (optional).
- Sauté till light brown and add tomatoes (5 x finely chopped). Stir till it’s cooked.
- Add Sarva Pav Bhaji Masala (2 – 3 tbsp) and mix well for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Then add the mashed potatoes and vegetables and mix well. Add salt to taste.
- Simmer for fifteen minutes until the right consistency is reached.
- Your Pav Bhaji is now ready!
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot Pav.
